Andrew was in the same position that most YouTubers find themselves, wasting HOURS of their time editing their OWN videos, when they should be working on higher leverage tasks.
BUT… he was also looking to completely revamp his storytelling and experiment with different formats. So, I stepped in and spent the first few months mastering his style.
Yet, it was when we started telling different narratives that things really started to pick up…
However, what really mattered for Andrew wasn’t the views… no. Because his videos are “ultra-long-form”, the viewer retention is what actually makes him more money.
Allowing his channel to surpass over 100,000 subscribers, alongside saving him THOUSANDS of hours!
